| Dave Perri began singing as a youngster in Cleveland Ohio preformming Local Television. Dave later began writing songs and recording demo's in Nashville Tennesee with Johnny Cymbal, (best known for Mr.Bassman and Cinamon), until Johnny's passing in 1993.
In the 90's he recorded 2 projects with Andy Stevens. Perri-Stevens "Trouble with Love;" and "Sunshine State of Mind" which recieved favorable reviewes and radio airplay in south Florida and the keys.
Dave also worked with the Kinley's who scored with several hits in the later 90's and had been writing songs with Scott Posten who wrote on Deanna Carters multi patnium cd.
In 2001 he hooked up with Q 105 radio host Marvelous Marvin Boone, Nick Nichols and Ernie Daniel to form and record the band " Suburban White Men" The swm release recieved radio airply on 88.5 MNF with the song " Payin My dues Blues"
Dave had another song from the swm disk, "The day America stood still "; covered in a special song writers report on channel 10 CBS news. (Mike Deeson)
In 2005 Dave formed his own group The Dave Perri Band. The band included Ernie Daniel (Bass guitar) Ron Ron Rogy (lead guitar) and Warren (Honey Head) Smith on drums. In 2008 The band was chosen to play at the state capitol in Tallahassee Fl for The Flavors Of Hillsborough event.
